This new Kindle 2 casing from Case-Mate could very well transform how sleeves are designed forever...yes, its that sensible! You see, this uniquely designed jacket comes via a integrated light source that folds over your display and illuminates the reading area with a brilliant LED light. It is the first such cover available that is ready using an engineered in light for night-time reading. This sleeve includes a transparent acrylic panel section that has integrated LED lights designed in to it.

But stop, we're getting too far ahead of ourselves, let's start from the beginning.

Here are my initial impressions...

Giving the cover the once over, it right away provides you with that older book feel, like you've stumbled upon someone's older diary. The Enlighten cover is made from actual leather that's lightly textured. It's that delicate touch that gives you that somewhat worn Olde English book sensation. The sleeve is rigid and is constructed to survive a direct blow.

The Internal, is lined by means of a flexible Gray suede like material furthermore it uses the Kindle approved hinge system. Once inserted your Kindle 2 can not shift. Here comes the great stuff...

Running down the spine of this cover is a black tube which holds 2 AA batteries which powers the light source. Hooked up to that is the acrylic screen by means of the built in LED lights. Danish Buddhist leader, Lama Ole, to visit in Snohomish

SNOHOMISH -- An unconventional guest is coming to Snohomish County next week. Ole Nydahl, a 70-year-old Danish leader of Diamond Way Buddhism, is visiting followers here in the Pacific Northwest. Nydahl's school of thought can be described as an adaptation of the Karma Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism to the Western culture, said Daria Novoselova, who will be hosting Nydahl's meeting with students in her Snohomish home. Nydahl, who is known as Lama Ole, is expected to arrive Monday. He is scheduled to give a talk at the University of Washington later that day. Novoselova, 29, felt drawn to Diamond Way Buddhism as soon as she met Nydahl. She remembers that very first lecture.
