Zen in Cuba

Here is a three part video account of a Zen sesshin that took place in Cuba in 2002. It is in Spanish though through the action it is easy enough to understand. As well it provides a look at life in Cuba, the people, the environment and living conditions. Would be nice if American sanctions were lifted there soon. Fortunately few other countries have taken up that ridiculous posture.  Punishing people for their ideology after so many years is ridiculous (and while maintaining the monstrosity that is Gitmo on the same island yet) but then again the American paranoia about Reds or whatever they imagine anyone vaguely leftish is, has never really gone away.
